Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports career at the age of fourteen. Aspen Ladd was trained in BJJ, kickboxing boxing, and wrestling prior to her first appearance as an amateur at WCFC when she was 18. Ladd kept building on her win in Ultimate Reno Combat, where she fought three times in a row. She finished all of her opponents within the first round. Ladd went back to WCFC in order to defeat Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous verdict. Aspen had already defeated Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia outclassed Aspen and swept her away in unanimous decision to put a blemish on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd recovered from this loss to beat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-one. Aspen made her pro debut in 2015 when she signed as a player with Invicta FC. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011, and was victorious by first-round TKO. Invicta defeated her at bantamweight and prevailed via armbar submission in the second round. Aspen used her wrestling expertise to take out McGill with a TKO during the third round (elbows and punches). She next fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) as Ladd missed weight despite this Aspen was a dominant Hoy and defeated her in the second round via TKO. As for her final fight for this promotion, Ladd fought Sijara Eubanks in a an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut took place in UFC Fight Night 118 when she faced Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina and then pounded her on the ground for a second-round TKO victory. She maintained her dominance, and won another big win over Tonya Avinger in UFC 229 with her next fight. Ladd defeated Evinger within the first minute and was awarded a prize for her performance during the night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee the fight was between Sijara-Eubanks for her first significant fight. The two fighters had one of the most competitive fights that Ladd won by unanimous decision. Both fighters received their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie only needed 16 seconds to end Ladd and her streak. Yana Knitskaya lost in the 3rd round at UFC 7 at ESPN. In her place She fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
